Miss paying it within its window and your license is suspended with an additional reinstatement fee stacked on.

Where the designations happen

  • Two-lane Georgia — the 75-on-a-two-lane trigger does heavy work on the state's vast rural highway network, where 65 zones flow fast and the Super Speeder line sits 10 over.
  • I-75, I-85, I-95 — the 85-anywhere trigger on interstates where traffic routinely flows in the low 80s. Three over the flow can be over the line.
  • South Georgia's small towns along the Florida-bound routes run the classic town-line pattern on top of it all.
